The Government has a requirement to procure Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Facility Management services for over 40+ Department of State (DOS) building and facilities around the United States. The Government is looking for several companies with a strong understanding and adequate pool of resources to provide support to the DOS.
The following requirements have been identified but not limited to by the Facility Management Services (FMS) Division as essential tasks within the new contract:
