The fitness management software shall:
• Provide an intuitive and secure digital sign-in interface for all users.
• Ensure data collection, storage, and scheduling functions are safeguarded.
• Enable staff to generate and analyze utilization metrics, access-to-care reports, and participant feedback.
• Identify trends through key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making and program development.
• Support a centralized scheduling platform across all service areas.
• Include a secure, integrated storefront to support booster club operations.
• Serve as a unified scheduling and service interface for multiple disciplines, including—but not limited to—Mental Health, Sports Medicine, Dietetics, Cognitive Performance, Aerospace Physiology, and Flight Medicine.
