The work involves construction of approximately 1,948 feet of 15- inch PVC sewer pipe and 1,143 feet of 18-inch PVC sewer pipe. The work will also include reconnection of eight (8) sewer laterals and installation of ten (10) new polymer manholes. Prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference that will begin at 10 AM, local time, on June 26, 2025 at 509 Southland Street, Nipomo, California 93444. Following the conference, the meeting will reconvene at the project Site. Transportation from 509 Southland Street, Nipomo, California will be the responsibility of prospective bidders. Attendance at the pre-bid conference and site visit is mandatory and failure to attend the pre-bid conference and site visit will result in your bid being rejected as non-responsive.
