The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) requests quotes to lease, deliver, furnish, maintain, and remove a single 12 ft × 60 ft (±10 %) modular “container” office for two (2) years at its Kapolei headquarters, 91-5420 Kapolei Pkwy. The unit must arrive turn-key with: Build-out: insulation, vinyl flooring, LED lighting, 24 k BTU mini-split HVAC or similar, entrance steps / canopy, 120/240 V electrical panel, ≥ 12 duplex outlets, 4 Cat-6 ports, fully wired data hub. Furniture package: 3 desks (60″×30″), 7 ergonomic task chairs, 4 basic cubicle workstations with drawer sets, lockable storage, surge-protected power strips or similar configuration Maintenance: monthly inspections, quarterly HVAC service, 48-hr non-emergency & 2-hr emergency repair response; all parts/labor included. Insurance: CGL $1 M and property coverage naming DHHL as additional insured. Final removal: de-installation and pad restoration within 30 days of lease end. Quotes must show: 1) Year-1 and Year-2 monthly lease rates. 2) One-time delivery & set-up cost. 3) One-time removal & site restoration cost. 4) Hawaiʻi GET. 5) Current HCE “Compliant” certificate.
