ELECTRIC (to include industrial uninterruptible power supply (UPS) including miscellaneous materials and supplies, outlet box, conduit pipe, stainless steel, wall cover plate, switch control, dimmer, wire, copper conductor, fire/smoke detector, connector, coupling, fram, and zinc plating treatment)

HVAC (to include A/C units, screw, bracket, pump, copper tubing, and copper coupling).
