Prior to the Bid Submission Deadline any company that intends to submit a bid in response to this Request for Quotations (RFQ) must submit any of the following documentation as proof of creditworthiness to the Authority by July 25, 2025, for its bid submission to be deemed responsive: Dunn & Bradstreet rating, Moody’s rating or Standard & Poor’s rating Bids must be successfully submitted into iSupplier in final form no later than 2:00 P.M. on August 5, 2025 (the “Bid Submission Deadline”). Proposals which are saved in iSupplier as a “draft” but not successfully submitted will not be considered.
