The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.

The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
