Today’s decentralized Federal Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) landscape is costly and ineffective, leading to numerous challenges, including fragmented data and interoperability issues. We are interested in learning about various unified HRIT system solutions that will ensure data accuracy, improve reporting, and enhance interoperability, enabling the Federal Government to manage its workforce as a cohesive entity. The solutions sought include position management, personnel action and records processing, workforce analytics, and employee and manager self-service capabilities. We seek possible solutions that will integrate with Federal payroll providers and other human capital functions, ultimately improving service to employees and managers and increasing accountability to the American taxpayer.
