51tUam3a3INVITATION FOR BIDS Bid #25-421, Theatrical Concepts and Equipment Due July 24,2025, On or before 2:00 p.m., PST King County Directors' Association (KCDA) is a purchasing cooperative owned by the school districts of Washington State and is located in Kent, Washington. KCDA’s membership is made up of, but not restricted to, public school districts, private schools, municipalities, political subdivisions and other public agencies primarily located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana. Representing over 1 million students and over 5,000 ship to locations, KCDA purchases approximately $190 million worth of products, equipment and services on behalf of the membership. The KCDA Purchasing Cooperative (hereinafter “KCDA”) requests bids from manufacturers and/or dealers who can offer Theatrical items for an auditorium such as Curtains, Riggings, Lighting, Acoustic texturing for Sound baffling, Lighting controls for “Auditorium – Theatrical type settings”, AV Projection Systems for “Auditorium – Theatrical type settings”, and sound equipment for “Auditorium – Theatrical type settings” to its member agencies. Total estimated value of this contract is approximately $200,000 to $400,000 annually. Each response is to be filed in a separate envelope and marked with the appropriate IFB number, name, day and time of opening. All bids must be at KCDA's office on or before the time shown above or they will not be accepted nor considered. Responses sent via email, faxed, or "postage due" will not be accepted. Responses sent via UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or other overnight delivery services must be sent to: KCDA, 18639 80th Ave S, Kent WA 98032 and clearly marked with the IFB number and name, Attn: Purchasing Department.
