The United States (U.S.) Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) has a requirement to support U.S. Government efforts to enhance the operational effectiveness of police in peacekeeping operations. The goal of this program is to improve the capacity of partner countries to generate, train, deploy, and lead effective police officers and units in United Nations (UN) peacekeeping missions by providing capacity-building support and specialized training, mentoring and advising.
The Government is contemplating establishing a hybrid labor-hour/cost reimbursement contract to procure these non-commercial services with an anticipated start date in September 2024.
