The City of Pearland (City) seeks proposals from investment advisors who are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Texas State Securities Board to provide non-discretionary portfolio management services for the City of Pearland’s, Pearland Economic Development Corporation’s (PEDC), Development Authority of Pearland’s (DAP), and Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone’s (TIRZ) investment portfolios. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is designed to present interested firms with the description of the City’s current investment program, the services we require, and a format for responding to our request.
