Department of Veterans Affairs | Pittsburgh VAPHS UD Replace B30 RTU-1 Coil & UV Light System (CON) | 646-25-404 The Veterans Integrated Service Network #04 (VISN 04) Contracting Office intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for Construction Services related to UD Replace B30 RTU-1 Coil & UV Light System (CON) for the Pittsburgh VAPHS located at University Drive C, PA 15240. All construction must be in compliance with applicable codes, VA policy/standards, and the terms of this contract. The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for construction of the project as specified in the drawings and specifications. The period of performance is 180 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be available at https://SAM.gov. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 14. This project is being solicited as a total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, providing SDVOSBs the opportunity to bid. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a business size standard of $45 million in annual receipts for the past three years.
