PROJECT SCOPE: The proposed 2- acre park project includes the construction of a multi-use court, group picnic area, fitness stations, lawn area and children’s play area. The work includes but is not limited to earthwork, storm drainage, playground equipment, sports equipment, chain link fencing, site furnishings, stabilized decomposed granite paving, shade structure, site concrete, asphalt concrete paving, electrical, irrigation, soil preparation and planting. The City’s estimated total construction cost for this Project is between $1,900,000-$2,200,000. The estimate is intended to serve merely as a guideline of the magnitude of work. Neither the bidders nor the contractor shall be entitled to claims because of any inaccuracy in the estimated cost range.
