Amendment 0004 is posted to update the Specifications. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), has a need for construction services to repair and improve channel resiliency for a full range of outlet releases, stabilize the channel erosion, and provide permanent access for f uture maintenance and repair efforts to the Kanopolis Dam outlet channel. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside that w ill result in one f irm-fixed-price aw ard. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 237990, Size Standard $45,000,000. In accordance w ith FAR Part 36.204 and DFARS 236.204 the estimated magnitude of this construction project is betw een $5,000,000.00 to 10,000,000.00. A site visit is scheduled for 25 June at 11:00am CDT.
