General work description: Replace the existing bridge with a cast-in-place concrete slab bridge, replace approximately 520-feet of Kibby Road with Class 2 aggregate base and hot mix asphalt. You must perform, place, construct, or install other items and details not mentioned that are required of the plans under the Standard Specifications and special provisions.
