The Authority is seeking responses from qualified persons or entities having appropriate experience, qualifications and expertise who wish to be considered to operate a Learning Management System (LMS) for the Authority. Required elements of the LMS include, but are not limited to: • Performance Management: Employee and Supervisor Submissions with Rating Component • Learning and Development: Educational Content, Transcripts or Reporting Component Preferred elements of the LMS include, but are not limited to: • Unique Educational Dashboards, Compelling/Relevant Content, Regular Content Updates, • Interface between Performance Management and Learning and Development which identifies skills and makes learning content suggestions directly related to an employee’s performance review
