The Marine Corps Installation, National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for the United States Marine Corps (USMC), Training and Education Command (TECOM) Marine Corps Range and Training Area Management System (MCRTAMS) Branch. The procurement of services in support of TECOM MCRTAMS shall be solicited as a competitive set-aside to Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concern. The contemplated contract will be a single award, Firm Fixed Priced contract with Cost Reimbursement Travel CLINs. The resultant contract will have a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541513 “Computer Facilities Management Services” with a corresponding size standard of $37.0M.

SCOPE OF WORK:
The Range and Training Area Management Branch, TECOM requires contractor support to provide technical services to enhance and maintain the Marine Corps Ranges and Training Area Management System (MCRTAMS). MCRTAMS Branch at TECOM Headquarters, United States Marine Corps Base Quantico, sponsors all Range-related IT systems and databases. They provide the tools, education, access, and data necessary to support the scheduling, planning, management, development, and safe operation of Marine Corps ranges and training areas. These systems are a collection of databases and applications that integrate workflow and other information to support the Marine Corps community, and they are maintained by RTAM support personnel. RTAM is currently staffed with a mix of Marine, Civilian, and Contractor personnel. To continue maintaining the requisite systems knowledge, skill, and ability to support the RTAM mission, the requirement exists to contract for technical support within five (5) core areas: Project Management, Database Administration and Application Development, Information Assurance, and Analytical Support.
