KLAMATH COUNTY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Klamath County Board of Commissioners invites proposals from qualified service provider to provide housing for offenders transitioning from jail, prison, residential treatment or homeless situations. The RFP document and other data pertaining to the Proposal may be obtained from the undersigned at 305 Main. TAny party downloading the RFP packet from the web will be responsible to check with the Contracting and Risk Manager, by phone 541-851-3693, or email at
[email protected], or online at the above referenced link, for any addenda issued for this project. There will be no Pre-Proposal meeting. Sealed proposals marked “Mentor Program” will be received by Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager at 305 Main Street, Room 216, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601 until 2:00 p.m., May 15, 2024. No bid shall be considered if faxed, electronically submitted or received later than 2:00 p.m., May 15, 2024. The bids shall be opened at the Klamath County Government Center at 305 Main Street on May 15, 2024. Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so. Klamath County reserves the right to rescind the award of any contract at any time before the execution of said contract by all parties without any liability against the County. All proposals are subject to Oregon Law bid procedures.
