Prebid Meeting: A prebid meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on 7/2/2025. Prime bidders are requested to attend. Bid submittal and opening on 7/10/2025, 2:00 p.m., local time at 530 Main Street, Scribner, NE, 68057. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Mechanical room addition and removal of three existing roof top units and installation of five split systems, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Paid digital content is available via "Credit Card" payment method only. A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $50.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free. All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
