Notice is hereby given that Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) will receive sealed bid proposals for the MPLS Capable Networking Equipment Procurement on June 26, 2025 until 1:00 p.m., at the KPUD’s Administrative Offices, located at 1431 Finn Hill Rd, Poulsbo, Washington 98370. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter at the Finn Hill Road location. Bids are being asked for the procurement of MPLS capable networking equipment and associated devices in accordance with the contract specifications. Copies of the contract documents may be downloaded at the following location: https://www.kpud.org/about-us/vendors-bids/. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. To be considered a Plan Holder for addenda, a contractor must register with Kitsap PUD by sending an email to [email protected]. Email must identify desire to be added to the plan holders list, include project name, contractor name, contact name, contact email address, and contact phone #. Only registered Plan Holders will receive email notices of addenda and other updates. The Kitsap PUD is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. This project is partially funded through Kitsap County with federal funds from the U.S. Treasury ARPA Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund. Contractor must be licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State. Contractors are encouraged to commit to local hires for this project. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of certified or cashier’s check, or surety bond. The Contract will be awarded to the qualified bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid. Kitsap PUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding in accordance with the specifications. Each Bid Proposal shall conform to the requirements of Section 102.9 of the Contract Special Provisions. Bids shall be made out on the bid form furnished with the specifications.
