The project consists of one story of type I-A construction, including structured parking, non-residential uses, and lobby space. Levels 2-6 are Type V-A construction, containing 233 affordable residential units, and amenity space. A ground-level plaza occupies the Southern edge of the site, adjacent to the Sound Transit Light Rail Station. Outdoor resident amenity is located on level 2. PROJECT SCHEDULE: Start Project Construction: September 2025. Construction duration is expected to be approximately 28 months. WMBE / SECTION 3: WCC actively encourages participation of Women and Minority Business Enterprises (WMBEs) as well as Section 3 Firms on this project.
