Copies of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available beginning April 11, 2024 at the Administration Office of the Building Design & Construction Department, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492 Monday through Friday during normal business hours, or by emailing Kathryn Copley at [email protected] or from the Town’s web site www.needhamma.gov/bids.aspx and will be available until the submission deadline. A pre-bid walkthrough will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, April 18, 2024, starting at Newman Elementary School, 1155 Central Ave., Needham, MA. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all bidders.
