NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified needs and cost assessment consulting firms (the “Proposers”) to provide NYCHA with needs and cost assessment consulting services for the PACT program and other related real estate development activities. These services include the performance of a Capital Needs Assessment (“CNA") and a CNA eTool as per HUD's Notice H-2019-09 PIH-2019-23 (HA) Issued: 09/05/2019. The release date of this RFP is June 26, 2025 (the “Release Date”).
