This Notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice to award sole source contract, and is not a request for competative quotes/proposals.

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price award for advertising with Norwich University. The total estimated value is $10,000.00.

Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive and would not hinder the mission objective to advertise during the upcoming season.
