U.S. GOVERNMENT

The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Charlotte, North Carolina at CHARLOTEE DOUGLAS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 5,234 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is not required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year”/“500-Year” floodplain).
