The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Operational Contracting Division (AQ-C) now issues an intent to sole source the subject requirement to Encore Global within the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, 5000 Seminary Rd Alexandria, VA 22311 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation document is available. However, any interested party that believes they can meet our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 532490 and a period of performance of 04-11 November 2023. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. Offers will not be accepted from any third-party agencies. All responsible and responsive offers received before the closing date and time will be considered.

Background: The Government requires audio-visual services for the conference facility to display the speaker's information and provide ample sound for the large rooms at the conference. These services are necessary to ensure all those participating receive the information from any point in the large rooms. During this offsite event, the attached requirements show the AV equipment the Government has identified required to ensure this conference succeeds.
