Ochsner St. Mary Ochsner St. Mary's - DOAS Addition Sealed bids will be received for Ochsner St. Mary's - DOAS Addition at: Ochsner St. Mary's Department of Facilities Management, Attn: Craig Guillot, 1125 Marguerite St, Morgan City, La 70380, PROJECT NUMBER: 2417604 or via Central Auction House. A general description of the project is the installation of four (4) new owner provided packaged rooftop dedicated outdoor air air handling units. The contractor shall install the owner provided air handlers on the second floor roof of the hospital. The contractor shall duct the air handling units into the existing building and provide duct accessories as indicated in the project drawings. Natural gas piping shall be routed along the roof from the central plant to the new air handling units and connected to the air handling units. The contractor shall install structural support on the roof to support the new air handling units and ductwork. The new air handling units shall be connected to the existing Building Management system and commissioned for use in coordination with the air handling unit manufacturer. The bid date will be Thursday July 10, 2025 at 2:00 pm CST. Any bid received after this time will be returned unopened. The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractor’s license in Mechanical work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashier’s check for an amount equal to five percent (10%) of the total base bid. An executed affidavit must be submitted prior to bid award. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Complete Bid Documents for this project are available in electronic form. They may be obtained without charge and without deposit from www.cityblueprint.com. Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but arrangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographic firms. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. Contractors opting to submit an electronic bid will be required to register on the website and pay a one-time annual service fee for this service. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance and payment bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana, in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount.
