A Request for Proposals (RFP) is being released by the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging (LMTAAA) for the following services in Lewis, Mason and Thurston Counties in 2025: Congregate Nutrition Services Home-Delivered Nutrition Services Transportation Adult Day Care Legal Services This procurement is a competitive process. Applicants may include for-profit, non-profit or governmental entities, or individuals working on a paid or volunteer basis, that meet the provider qualifications. The RFP requires applicants to provide a detailed description of the proposed budget or unit rate and mechanism for service delivery, specific details of the applicant’s experience, administrative structure, fiscal management and policies and procedures. Contracts are awarded on a calendar basis, with an annual option to renew up to three (3) additional years, at the discretion of LMTAAA. LMTAAA is an Equal Opportunity Agency. Minority and woman-owned firms are encouraged to apply. LMTAAA reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals received and to issue no contracts as a result of this RFP, if such a rejection is in LMTAAA’s best interest.
