The District intends to develop a list of qualified Consultants (“List”) who will execute a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with the District and be called upon to provide survey services as they arise as Task Orders under the MSA. These services are broad in nature and may include the following (together referred to as “survey services” in this RFQ): Monument Installation; Boundary Survey; .Benchmarks; Asset Location Survey; Land-based Topographic Mapping; Construction Staking; Easement Support; Permit Support; Other Geomatic Services. The selected firms will be maintained on the District’s List for up to a five-year period, at which time the Consultant will be asked to submit an updated SOQ. The District will accept submission of SOQs on an ongoing basis. All SOQs must be submitted by email in PDF file format to Trevor Coolidge, Senior Engineer, at
[email protected]. The cost proposal must be included as a separate electronic file in PDF format. All questions and requests for interpretations or clarifications, either administrative or technical must be submitted in writing to the District.
