Market research is conducted to determine the availability and capability of qualified businesses for the following service: This is a firm fixed price requirements type construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, tools, transportation and other incidental items to perform Open-End Roofing Repairs, Reroofing, from Roof Areas at various Army installations (to include, but not limited to Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, Wheeler Army Airfield, Helemano Military Reservation, Tripler Army Medical Center, Aliamanu Military Reservation, and Fort Derussy, Hawaii.) . Hours of operation are 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays.
