LOCATION:  17 miles E of Troutdale, OR

WORK: The project includes repair of two historic concrete viaduct structures located on either side of Multnomah Falls Lodge. Repair work includes concrete patching, crack injection, rebar repair, cathodic protection, polymer concrete deck overlay, beam shear strengthening, wall repair, and surface coating. One viaduct is approximately 403-feet long and one is 864-feet long. See “Project Description” posted in Attachments for additional details.

TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE:  Spring 2026

CONTRACT TYPE: Sealed Bid

ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: $5 million to $7 million.
