NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY

PROJECT: OR WA NP MULTI PMS(1), Pavement Preservation Oregon and Southern Washington
LOCATION: Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Vancouver, WA, Lewis and Clark National Historic Park (10 miles West of Astoria, OR), and Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve (15 miles South of Cave Junction, OR)
WORK: This work consists of crack sealing, patching, application of micro surface treatments, and pavement marking. See “Project Description” posted under Attachments for additional details.
LENGTH: 3.85 miles
TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Summer 2026
CONTRACT TYPE: Negotiated Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order
ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
This project is anticipated to be solicited Summer 2025.
There will be a Base schedule plus 2 Options.
