The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award a 30-year concession contract to operate marina operations at Silverwood Lake State Recreation Area (SRA). Pre-proposal Meeting (Optional): July 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Silverwood Lake SRA Marina, 13985 Sawpit Canyon Rd., Hesperia, CA 92345. To receive updates to this RFP you must create an account before downloading the documents. Letters of Intent and Questions: Letters of Intent are required in order to submit a proposal. Letters of Intent to Bid and Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 PM on August 8, 2025.
