Purpose of RFP: The California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) is soliciting proposals to assist in completing activities related to Attorney and Messenger Services. DFPI requires a contractor to provide messenger services that shall be provided to all courts within California and throughout the United States which shall include messenger services to all Bankruptcy, Federal and State Courts.
