VIA Metropolitan Transit, (VIA), is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive printing, document management, and records management services throughout VIA. The selected contractor shall be expected to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services that optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, ensure security, and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations. Bids received after the above time and date shall not be considered, except as provided in the section in the IFB entitled “Late Submission.” The bid shall be in a sealed envelope properly labeled on the outside with the project name and number and the bid opening date. Unless specifically authorized in writing by VIA, no telegraphic or tele-faxed bids will be considered.
