REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Prospect FIRE District ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) for the construction of the Prospect Fire Station Seismic Rehabilitation Project. Proposers shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their proposal and email it to Lyle Neville, Fire Chief, at

[email protected]. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 PM Local Time on May 6, 2024, after which time no further Proposals will be received. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on April 16, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Prospect Fire Station located at 276 Mill Creek Drive, Prospect, OR 97536. Project Scope of Work: The project consists of seismic strengthening in the Prospect Fire Station at 276 Mill Creek Drive, Prospect, OR. [email protected]. The CM/GC firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in this RFP. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
