The New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”) requests Proposals from qualified insurance companies for Public Officials Liability & Employment Practices Liability Insurance. Insurers must be licensed in New York State, preferably with a current “A.M. Best” rating of at least “A minus X”. Coverage is to become effective August 1, 2025. Proposals shall be made in the format included in the Invitation for Bids submission packets containing instructions, coverage & limits specifications, and detailed proposal requirements.
