Q4) If additional testing is identified by the Dermatopathologist, where can those charges be identified by the Contractor on the price/schedule list? R4) If additional testing (not covered under this contract) is identified by the Dermatopathologist, SAVAHCS will determine if extra testing is necessary and authorized payment via Government Purchase Card. This information has been updated in version 2: S02 RFQ_ Attachment B_v2. Q5) Can you please provide us with more details regarding the specific tests needed in the pricing schedule. R5) The CPT codes indicate what the tests are. These tests are standard laboratory tests performed in a fully licensed/accredited dermatopathology lab, actively engaged in providing these tests and services, under the supervision of a dermatopathologist.
