Request for Qualifications for Construction Management at Risk Services for RCC - Reggie Lewis Center Improvements, Roxbury, MA. This Project is for renovations and improvements to a 130,000 square foot, two-story building constructed in 1995. Work will be done on the facility's systems, which are at or near the end of their useful life, replacement of specialized furnishings, and updating of other conditions to reflect current building codes.
