This solicitation is for the Renovation of CMR Basement.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about the first week of July 2025. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation.
The Government is planning a mandatory site visit and pre-quotation conference. The date for this site visit and conference will be in the solicitation.
All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of proposals.

It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB.
