This solicitation is the Step-One which is a request for technical proposals only. Bid Bonds are not required to be submitted with the Step-One technical proposal. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00The NAICS Code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard $45.0 Million. Amendment 0004 is issued to replace the CLIN Schedule and issue Final Plan Set. Amendment 0006 is issued to extend the bid date, replace the bid schedule, and update specifications and drawings. Amendment 0007 is issued to extend the bid date to 03 November 2023. Amendment 0008 is issued to extend the bid date to 30 November 2023. Amendment 0009 is issued to extend the bid date to 13 December 2023 and to update the wage determination. Amendment 0010 is issued to extend the bid date to 31 January 2024. Amendment 0011 is issued to extend the bid date to 23 February 2024, provide contractors with an updated specification package, update wage determination OK20230026 to OK20240026, dated 01/05/2024, and to reopen Projnet for a brief period of time. Projnet will close for new inquiries on 30 January 2024 at 5:00 PM CST. Amendment 0012 is issued to extend the bid date to 01 March 2024, revise the CLIN schedule, and revise drawing SD102.
