REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Property & Casualty Insurance Brokerage Services Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans (Board) is requesting the submittal of proposals from qualified property and casualty insurance broker firms licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana. Official Request for Proposal (RFP) documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Proposals must be submitted electronically, no later than 10:00 AM (CDT), on Monday, May 20, 2024, at www.centralbidding.com (“Central Bidding”). For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, contact Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814. The Board shall not be responsible if a firm cannot complete or submit an electronic bid. All proposal received after the Proposal Submission Deadline will not be considered. Firms shall follow the instructions given in the Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to respond with a valid proposal for evaluation by the Evaluation Committee.
