This requirementis for the procurement of the AN/ALQ-161 RF Common Module (Band 7), NSN: 5895-01-174-5742, P/N: 435346-1. The AN/ALQ161 RF Common Module is a signal processing unit capable of handling multiple RF signal inputs, splitting and switching paired outputs into a dual RF output and provides video detection concurrently. This action will result in a Requirements type contract. The contract will consist of 5 Ordering Periods and a First Article Ordering Period as shown below:
Basic Ordering Period (First Article) - 2 BEQ, Ordering Period 1 - 20 BEQ, Ordering Period 2 - 6 BEQ, Ordering Period 3 - 5 BEQ , Ordering Period 4 - 5 BEQ, Ordering Period 5 - 6 BEQ.
This requirement is suitable for competition and will be utilized as a small business setaside as more than two small businesses have been identified as capable of performing the requirement. This action will result in the award of a new contract, which will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirement Indefinite Deliver Contract (IDC) contract with basic one year ordering period and additional four one-year ordering periods.
The proposed acquisition will be awarded to a responsible source. Detailed data/drawings/schematics, or any other releasable technical data will be available within the solicitation. To obtain copies of the Technical Data Package (TDP) an interested offeror must be registered in the Enhanced Joint Certification Program (EJCP).
