CITY OF PHARR NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS Electronic sealed Statements of Qualifications addressed to Dr. Jonathan B. Flores, City Manager, City of Pharr, will be received “electronically” via the City’s e-bidding portal https://pharr.procureware.com until Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (CST). at which time they shall be unlocked in a public meeting to be held at City Hall – 1st Floor Medium Conference Room. Original, hard copy and/or late submittals shall not be accepted. PROJECT NO. 2425-01-528-S24-179 REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES POOL Brief Description: The City of Pharr periodically has a need for professional project and/or construction management services for a variety of public infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and buildings. To view this solicitation and submit a response to this solicitation, you must first register in the City’s bidding portal at: https://Pharr.procureware.com. Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form. Potential Bidders are asked to post their questions on our bidding portal under the tab labeled “Clarifications” under the relative project number. The deadline for questions is Thursday July 3, 2025. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act, Texas Government Code Section 2254.004 and Texas Local Government Code Section 271.118. The City of Pharr will evaluate the Request for Proposals of the firms on the basis of technical ability, experience, and ability to perform the work.
