The work will involve coding CCTV footage of gravity sewer mains according to the current version of the NASSCO PACP specifications. The District currently has a backlog of approximately 80,000 Linear Feet (âLFâ) of CCTV footage to be coded. The District will deliver a PACP exchange database or WinCan database and associated CCTV media files electronically to the Consultant. All work completed by the Consultant is expected to be completed remotely with no need to be on-site. At such time when the Consultantâs services are required, District staff will forward a Task Order for the requested services along with any pertinent supporting information. The District will accept submission of SOQs on an ongoing basis. All SOQs must be submitted by e-mail in PDF file format to Julie Ryan, Engineering Department Manager, at
[email protected]. The cost proposal must be included as a separate electronic file in PDF format.
