The University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive platform that will enhance the visitor experience during events held on campus. The desired system must facilitate event requests, parking management, and invoicing, while integrating seamlessly with existing University systems. Submission Note: • To ensure comparability across quotes, supplies are asked to present clear and detailed price structures that include all specified elements. Suppliers should also include their HECVAT Full 3.0, the lates VPAT, and a Signed Human Trafficking Affidavit as part of their submission.
