Alief Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors for consideration to provide Restaurant/Catering Services for use throughout the District. An award made under this contract serves to create a pool of qualified vendors whose purpose is to provide on-site services that include but are not limited to meal planning, meal service, box lunches, food trucks, meal delivery, & include meal set-up/clean-up. Contract award will be made to multiple vendors on an ongoing basis during the solicitation offering period; however, VENDORS SHOULD RESPOND ASAP. Initial awards will be made at the August 2023 school board meeting. Contract term shall be for four (4) years beginning September 1, 2023 and ending August 31, 2027. Proposal responses will be accepted on a continual basis until 2:00 pm CDT August 31,2027. Please be aware that vendors awarded on this contract will be solicited directly by a campus or department. Vendors may cancel at any time during the contract term if they so desire by notifying the Buyer of record. Responses should be submitted electronically; award notices will be sent electronically. No faxed, late or e-mailed responses will be accepted. Solicitation questions must be submitted electronically through the Questions tab; question answers will also be posted there.
