shxNeni EQycsj 396 smERThe A&I Procurement Office shall receive proposals for providing operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Wyoming Eligibility System (WES) for the STATE OF WYOMING, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, DIVISION OF HEALTHCARE FINANCING (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain TFhDT 77538475 O1ime) on July 11, 2025. Questions must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on, June 13, 2025. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. It is the bidder/proposer’s responsibility to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information or other additional information related to the solicitation.
