The City of DeSoto is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction services for the renovation of interior office space at the DeSoto Police Department, located at 714 E. Belt Line Road, DeSoto, TX 75115. This renovation is based on conceptual design drawings prepared by the architect, including demolition, new construction, and selective finish improvements. The selected contractor will be responsible for completing the renovation in accordance with these drawings and notes.
