The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for FEDERAL LOBBYIST SERVICES for a term of five years. NVTA invites all qualified entities or individuals that possess qualifications, experience, and knowledge to submit a proposal.
